TIG DC welder V-TIG 225 PULS
Index: V-TIG225P
TIG DC welder V-TIG 225 PULS inverter, for stainless steel, 5,3kW, maximum current: 200A, welding Processes: MMA / TIG DC
Inverter welder for welding using the TIG and TIG PULS methods with direct current (DC) with non-contact (HF) arc ignition and MMA method with a coated electrode using direct current (DC). Power supply 230V, welding current 225A.
Technical parameters
V-TIG 225 PULS + TIG set is a portable power source, made in MOSFET technology, intended for welding using the TIG method and the MMA method with a coated electrode using direct current (DC). The device is perfect for workshop work
The device has two welding modes: TIG DC and MMA.
The TIG DC function is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, copper, and titanium. Welding is carried out in an inert gas shield.
When welding using the TIG method: main current adjustment, gas flow time adjustment after welding.
With the TIG PULS method additionally: pulse frequency adjustment
Pulsed TIG DC PULS welding allows reducing the amount of heat delivered to the material and is used when welding thin materials.
Both with non-contact HF ignition and contact LIFT ignition, we have the option to choose the button function on the TIG handle between working in 2-stroke or 4-stroke (button lock for long welds) mode.
Digital display makes precise welder adjustment easier.
The welder also has functions that facilitate the welding process using the MMA method with a coated electrode:
ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of the molten electrode drop to the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool
HOT START: hot start adjustment - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc ignition.
ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation
Physical parameters
The device has a fan cooling system which significantly increases its efficiency.
Quick gas connection to the welding handle allows immediate connection and disconnection of the welding handle without tools.
The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability.
Power parameters
Single-phase power supply 230V. The device is equipped with a power plug.
Equipment
The delivery includes the device with a complete set of TIG and MMA accessories: TIG 26 welding handle 4 metres long, MMA electrode cable 3m long, ground cable 3m long.
Warranty conditions
12-month warranty for professional use.
