TIG welder TECNO TIG 205 AC/DC PULSE DIGITAL
Index: TTIG205AC
TIG welder TECNO TIG 205 AC/DC PULSE DIGITAL inverter, for aluminium; for stainless steel, 6,9kW, maximum current: 200A, welding Processes: MMA / TIG AC/DC
TECNOTIG 205 AC/DC PULSE is a professional inverter welder for TIG welding of all metals, including aluminium and stainless steel. The device allows TIG and TIG PULSE welding with alternating current (AC), direct current (DC), and MMA welding with a coated electrode using direct current (DC).
The device has five welding modes: TIG DC, TIG DC PULSE, TIG AC, TIG AC PULSE, MMA.
The TIG DC and TIG DC PULSE functions are used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, copper, and titanium.
The TIG AC and TIG AC PULSE functions allow welding of aluminium and its alloys, as well as brass.
Arc ignition occurs in a non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) mode.
A clear and easy-to-use digital control panel allows precise adjustment, and the device ensures stable parameters and high-quality welding.
The digital display facilitates the adjustment of welder parameters:
- initial shielding gas flow
- initial current
- current rise time
- welding current
- base current
- current fall time
- final current
- final shielding gas flow
- AC frequency
- AC balance
- pulse frequency
- pulse length
Additional device features:
- digital parameter display
- 3 welding programs
- 2-stroke / 4-stroke
- Single-phase power supply.
- Fan-cooled.
- Overload protection.
The welder also has functions that facilitate the welding process using the MMA method with a coated electrode:
- ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of the molten electrode drop to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool
- HOT START: hot start - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc strike.
