TIG welder SUPERIOR TIG 252 AC/DC-HF
Index: 816117
TIG welder SUPERIOR TIG 252 AC/DC-HF inverter, for aluminium; for stainless steel, 7,5kW, maximum current: 250A, welding Processes: MMA / TIG AC/DC
Inverter welding rectifier for welding using TIG, TIG PULSE, and TIG EASY PULSE methods with alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) with non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) arc ignition, as well as MMA method with a coated electrode using direct current (DC).
- Three-phase power supply.
- Allows welding of aluminium, carbon and stainless steels, nickel, titanium, oxygen-free copper, bronze, and magnesium.
- Electronically controlled smooth adjustment of welding current.
- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the idle state voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Ensures anti-shock safety when working in humid environments.
- Microprocessor-controlled adjustment of all settings.
- EASY PULSE function automatically adjusts the pulse to the welding current value.
It has features that facilitate the welding process:
- ANTI STICK: anti-short circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation
- ARC FORCE: short circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of molten electrode droplets to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the electrode droplet contacts the weld pool
- HOT START: hot start - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc strike.
When welding using the TIG method: "bi-level" current adjustment, initial and final current, spot welding time, activation and delay of shielding gas shut-off, current rise and fall time, DC/AC balance, pulse frequency. When welding using the MMA method: arc force, hot start, anti-stick.
Additional device functions.
- 2-stroke / 4-stroke function.
- "Bi-level" current adjustment allows switching between higher and lower current levels by briefly pressing the button on the welding torch handle.
- Welding dynamics adjustment in MMA method allows controlling arc stability and the amount of spatter.
- Maximum diameter of coated electrode 5.0.
- Equipped with a digital meter.
- Possibility to connect remote control.
- Fan-cooled.
- Protection against overload, over and under voltage, overcurrent, phase loss, lack of liquid cooling.
- Equipped with a connector for connecting the water cooling system of the handle.
- High welding current stability despite fluctuations in the power supply voltage.
- Price includes TIG welding torch 4m, ground cable 3m, pressure reducer, spare parts for the handle.
