TIG DC welder SUPERIOR TIG 311 DC-HF/LIFT inverter, for stainless steel, maximum current: 300A

Description

SUPERIOR TIG 311 DC-HF/LIFT +TIG set -

Inverter welding rectifier for TIG welding with direct current (DC) with non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) arc ignition and MMA welding with a coated electrode using direct current (DC). Power supply 3x400V, welding current 10-300A.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Inverter welding rectifier for welding using TIG, TIG PULSE, and TIG EASY PULSE methods with direct current (DC) with non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) arc ignition, and MMA method with coated electrode using direct current (DC).

  • Three-phase power supply.
  • Allows welding of carbon and stainless steels, nickel, titanium, oxygen-free copper.
  • Electronically controlled smooth adjustment of welding current.
  • VRD function (Voltage Reduction Device) - reduces the idle voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Ensures anti-shock safety when working in a humid environment.
  • Microprocessor-controlled adjustment of all settings.
  • EASY PULSE function automatically adjusts the pulse to the welding current value.
  • THINSPOT function: allows tacking of thin materials. Very short welding time allows for small spot welds without material deformation.
  • Equipped with functions that facilitate the welding process:
    • ANTI STICK: anti-short circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation
    • ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of molten electrode droplets to the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode droplet contacts the weld pool
    • HOT START: hot start - facilitates electrode ignition by providing higher welding current at each arc ignition.
  • When welding using the TIG method: "bi-level" current adjustment, initial and final current, spot welding time, activation and delay of shielding gas shut-off, current rise and fall time, DC pulse balance, pulse frequency. When welding using the MMA method: arc force, hot start, anti-stick.
  • 2-stroke / 4-stroke function.
  • "Bi-level" current adjustment allows switching between higher and lower current levels by short pressing the button on the welding handle.
  • Welding dynamics adjustment in the MMA method allows controlling arc stability and the amount of spatter.
  • Maximum diameter of coated electrode 5.0.
  • Equipped with a digital meter.
  • Possibility of connecting remote control.
  • Fan-cooled.
  • Protection against overload, over and under voltage, overcurrent, phase loss, lack of liquid cooling.
  • High stability of welding current despite fluctuations in the supply voltage.
  • Price includes TIG welding handle 4m, ground cable 3m, pressure reducer, spare parts for the handle.
  • 12-month warranty.
