TIG DC welder PRAKTIK TIG 200 DIGITAL
Index: PTIG200D
TIG DC welder PRAKTIK TIG 200 DIGITAL inverter, for stainless steel, 4,8kW, maximum current: 200A, welding Processes: MMA / TIG DC
PRAKTIK TIG 200 DIGITAL is a professional inverter welder for TIG welding and MMA welding, with a coated electrode using direct current (DC). Power supply 230V.
Welding current 5-200A.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- PRAKTIK TIG 200 DC DIGITAL is a portable power source, made with IGBT technology, designed for welding using the TIG method and MMA method, with a coated electrode using direct current (DC). Its small size and weight make the device perfect for both workshop and field work.
- The device has two welding modes: TIG DC and MMA.
- The TIG DC function is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, copper, and titanium. Welding is performed in an inert gas shield.
- Arc ignition occurs in a non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) mode. The LIFT function is used when welding in environments with a high risk of electromagnetic interference affecting the surroundings.
- Both in non-contact HF ignition and contact LIFT ignition, we have the option to choose the function of the button on the TIG torch between 2-stroke or 4-stroke mode (button lock for long welds).
- A clear and easy-to-use digital control panel allows precise adjustment of the device, ensuring stable parameters and high welding quality.
- The digital display facilitates the adjustment of welder parameters:
- initial current
- welding current
- final current
- final flow of shielding gas
- The welder also has functions that facilitate the MMA welding process with a coated electrode
- ARC FORCE - short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of the molten electrode drop to the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool
- HOT START - hot start adjustment - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc ignition.
- ANTI STICK - anti-short-circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation
- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the idle state voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Ensures anti-shock safety when working in humid environments.
- The device has a fan cooling system which significantly increases its efficiency.
- The quick-connect gas connection to the welding torch allows immediate connection and disconnection of the welding torch without the use of tools.
- The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability.
- Single-phase 230V power supply. The device is equipped with a power plug.
The delivery includes the device with a complete set of TIG and MMA accessories: a TIG 17 welding torch with a length of 4 metres, an MMA electrode cable with a length of 2m, and a ground cable with a length of 1.5m.
