TIG DC welder EXPERT TIG 200 DC PULSE
Index: EXTIG200DC
TIG DC welder EXPERT TIG 200 DC PULSE inverter, for stainless steel, 6,9kW, maximum current: 200A, welding Processes: MMA / TIG DC
EXPERT TIG 200 DC PULSE
It is a professional inverter welder for welding using the TIG and TIG PULSE methods, as well as the MMA method with a coated electrode using direct current (DC). Power supply 230V. Welding current 5-200A.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Technical parameters:
- EXPERT TIG 200 DC PULSE is a portable power source, made with IGBT technology, designed for welding using the TIG and TIG PULSE methods, as well as MMA welding with a coated electrode using direct current (DC). Its small size and weight make the device perfect for both workshop and field work.
- The device has three welding modes: TIG DC, TIG DC PULSE, MMA.
- The TIG DC and TIG DC PULSE functions are used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, copper, and titanium. Welding is performed in an inert gas shield.
- Thanks to the adjustment of TIG DC PULSE pulsed welding parameters, we can influence the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulsed welding also allows for a reduction in the amount of heat delivered to the material and is used when welding thin materials.
- Arc ignition occurs in either non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) mode. The LIFT function is used when welding in environments with a high risk of electromagnetic interference affecting the surroundings.
- Both in non-contact HF ignition and contact LIFT ignition, we have the option to choose the function of the button on the TIG torch between 2-stroke or 4-stroke mode (button lock for long welds).
- A clear and easy-to-use digital control panel allows for precise device adjustment, ensuring stable parameters and high welding quality.
The digital display facilitates the adjustment of welder parameters:
- initial shielding gas flow
- initial current
- current rise time
- welding current
- base current
- current fall time
- final current
- final shielding gas flow
- pulse length
- pulse frequency
- intermittent welding length
- HOT START adjustment
- ARC FORCE adjustment
The welder also has functions that facilitate the MMA welding process with a coated electrode:
- ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of the molten electrode drop to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool
- HOT START: hot start adjustment - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc ignition.
- ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically turns off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation
- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the no-load resting voltage on the electrode to a safe level. Ensures anti-shock safety when working in humid environments.
Physical parameters:
- The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.
- The quick-connect gas connection to the welding torch allows for immediate connection and disconnection of the welding torch without the use of tools.
- The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability.
Power supply parameters:
- Single-phase 230V power supply. The device is equipped with a power plug.
Equipment:
- The delivery includes the device with a complete set of TIG and MMA accessories: TIG 26 welding torch with remote control, 4 metres long, MMA electrode cable 3m long, and ground cable 3m long.
Warranty conditions:
12-month warranty for professional use. Warranty service is provided in a door-to-door system with no transport costs for the user.
