TIG DC welder
Index: TTIG212DCLED
TIG DC welder inverter, for stainless steel, 7,2kW, maximum current: 210A
Technical Parameters
TECNO TIG 212 DC PULSE LED is a portable power source, made with IGBTtechnology, designed for welding using TIG and TIG PULSE methods as well as MMA method with a coated electrode using direct current (DC). Its small size and weight make the device perfect for both workshop and field work.
The device has three welding modes: TIG DC, TIG DC PULSE, MMA.
The TIG DC and TIG DC PULSE functions are used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, copper, and titanium. Welding is performed in an inert gas shield.
Thanks to the adjustment of TIG DC PULSE pulsed welding parameters, we can influence the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulsed welding also allows for reducing the amount of heat delivered to the material and is used when welding thin materials.
Arc ignition occurs in a non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) mode. Both in HF non-contact and LIFT contact ignition, we have the option to select the button function on the TIG torch between 2-stroke or 4-stroke (button lock for long welds) mode.
A clear and easy-to-use control panel allows for precise device adjustment, ensuring stable parameters and high welding quality.
LED display facilitates the adjustment of welder parameters:
- initial shielding gas flow
- initial current
- current rise time
- welding current
- base current
- current fall time
- final current
- final shielding gas flow
- pulse length
- pulse frequency
The welder also has functions that facilitate the welding process using the MMA coated electrode method:
ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of the molten electrode drop to the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool
HOT START: hot start adjustment - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc ignition.
Physical Parameters
The device has a fan cooling system which significantly increases its efficiency.
Quick gas connection to the welding torch allows for immediate connection and disconnection of the welding torch without the use of tools.
The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability.
Power Parameters
Single-phase power supply 230V. The device is equipped with a power plug.
