TIG welder TECHNOLOGY TIG 182 AC/DC
Index: 852030
TIG welder TECHNOLOGY TIG 182 AC/DC inverter, for aluminium, 4,3kW, maximum current: 160A
Inverter welding rectifier for welding using TIG and TIG PULSE methods with alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) with non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) arc ignition, as well as MMA method with a coated electrode using direct current (DC). Power supply 230V, welding current 5-160A.
Characteristics:
- Inverter welding rectifier for welding using TIG and TIG PULSE methods with alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) with non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) arc ignition, and MMA method with coated electrode using direct current (DC).
- Single-phase power supply.
- Allows welding of aluminium, carbon and stainless steels, nickel, titanium, oxygen-free copper, bronze.
- Overload protection.
- Electronically controlled smooth adjustment of welding current.
- Features that facilitate the welding process:
- ANTI STICK: anti-short circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental formation of a welding arc
- ARC FORCE: short circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of molten electrode droplets to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the electrode droplet contacts the weld pool
- HOT START: hot start - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc ignition.
- When welding using the TIG method: "bi-level" current adjustment, adjustment of shielding gas activation and deactivation delay, initial current adjustment, current decay time adjustment, balance adjustment, pulse frequency adjustment.
- Microprocessor-controlled adjustment of all settings.
- 2-stroke / 4-stroke function.
- Maximum diameter of coated electrode 3.2.
- Equipped with a digital meter.
- Fan-cooled.
- Over and under voltage protection.
- High stability of welding current despite fluctuations in the supply voltage.
- Price of the device with accessories: TIG welding torch 4m, ground cable 3m, pressure reducer, spare parts for the torch.
