Replacement of faulty camshaft connecting chain - 7mm (faulty) - to 8 mm chain.
The set allows for the replacement of the faulty chain without the need to remove the timing belt.

Application:
Stellantis: Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS Automobiles,Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram Trucks and Vauxhall.
Stellantis/PSA and Renault engines marked 1.5 TDCI or 1.5 BlueHDi usually have a belt drive, but inside there is a chain connecting the camshafts in the head.

BlueHDi and 1.5 TDCI produced between October 2017
and January 2023, in which 7 mm chains were installed, prone to stretching or breaking
Typical noises include rattling, clattering (especially on a cold engine) and power loss.
New versions after 2023 have an improved 8 mm chain.
How to check if the installed chain is 7 or improved 8mm:

On the left side on the cover with number 9830580480and a protruding housing design around the gears should contain an 8 mm chain.
On the right side on the cover with number 9812647280and a flat housing design over the gears is the earlier 7 mm chain - to be replaced.
Replacement applies to cars:
Citroen: C3, C3 Aircross, C4 Picasso, C5 Aircross and Berlingo, DS.
Peugeot: 208 I and II, 2008 I and II, 308 I 3008, 508 II, 5008 and Rifter.
