The RUBBER CUT 414 groover is a device designed for deepening the tread pattern and renewing it after tire repair. It allows for a cut depth of up to 16 mm and a width of up to 28 mm. The RUBBER CUT 414 device is intended for continuous, intensive work and enables quick and precise cutting. It is equipped with a flexible power cord 240 cm long, allowing for easy operation of the device during tread reconstruction. The groover's design includes four special pockets for storing blades, ensuring constant availability for the operator. An ergonomic, lightweight handle and the device's low weight guarantee comfort during work. The transformer is equipped with four temperature adjustment levels, and an additional MIN/MAX option allows for a total of 8 heating levels, enabling quick and precise tread deepening. Modern technology guarantees a high level of safety and long service life. The device meets GS safety standards, and the automatic switch-off, made according to DIN 30600 standard, protects against overheating. The groover also has a hole for wall mounting for operator convenience. The device is compatible with REMA TIP-TOP type R blades in sizes 1 to 5 with a round profile and type W in sizes 1 to 6 with a trapezoidal profile. Blades are not included with the groover.
