PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Thread Locking High Strength - Red PRODUCT FEATURES • Prevents loosening of connections • Seals connections • Prevents corrosion • Withstands high loads A compound for securing threads against unwanted loosening, achieving high strength. Prevents parts from loosening under vibration. Excellent for permanently securing fixed connections in engine blocks and pump housings. The product cures when it is between closely fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air. Temperature resistance up to +149°C. Initial curing occurs after approximately 20 minutes. Full cure after 24 hours. When used on less active metals such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, pure aluminum, the curing time may be extended. Recommended for securing bolts sized from M6 to M25 in devices that do not require frequent disassembly. To disassemble, heat the area to a temperature above +150°C or use significant force to break the connection. Recommended for applications where regular disassembly of parts is not required.
