Tyre changer commercial vehicles/passenger, MS630S V6, 12"-28", 230V additional arm
Tyre Changer Beissbarth MS 630 S V6 (230V)
MS 630 S V6 is an automatic tyre removal machine with a pneumatically tilting column and a 24” work table. They are designed to ensure maximum speed, efficiency, and durability. They guarantee the safety of wheels and tyres and completely reduce the stress on the structures working during the removal of any type of tyre, even the most demanding low-profile and RFT tyres.
The V6 version is characterised by being equipped with a Tecnoroller NG auxiliary column and a tyre bead breaker with ErgoControl.
Characteristics:
- New plastic jaw protectors save time when working with steel and alloy wheels.
- Innovative G-Frame design – increased device rigidity and optimisation of force distribution to achieve even distribution within the machine's structure. This ensures that the assembly process does not damage the wheel rim and tyre.
- Electronically controlled motor (single-phase 230V version) – allows operation always at the best combination of available power and speed, featuring a "soft start" function.
- Pneumatic control of the working head – the user can control and position the head via ergonomic control buttons.
Additionally:
- ERGO CONTROL – The Ergo Control system is an innovative solution that allows for controlling the tyre bead breaker using the breaker lever, enabling precise bead breaking while maintaining an ergonomic and safe working position, which reduces effort and shortens working time.
- TECNOROLLER NG – The MS 630 V6 is equipped with a new generation auxiliary system – the so-called "third arm", which allows a single operator to dismount low-profile, run-flat, and RFT tyres. The pressure roller serves as the primary pressure point, and the additional rotating arm allows for tyre pressure on the wheel circumference exactly where the operator needs it. The auxiliary arms are independently controlled, reducing the effort required by the operator during the mounting or dismounting process of low-profile tyres.
