Tyre Mounting Machine commercial vehicles/passenger automatic JANKA

The automatic tire changer Janka is a device for dismounting and mounting tires with and without holes on the wheels of cars and vans. The column moves and locks pneumatically. The interconnected mechanical and pneumatic components of the machine allow the user to work with all wheels with little effort and maximum precision, without the risk of damaging the tires. It also allows handling wheels with aluminum rims, as its working parts do not affect the delicate structure of these rims.

 

Functions of the JANKA mounting machine:

- separating the tire from the rim

- dismounting and mounting the tire

- inflating the wheel using a gun with a gauge
