The MS 630 S V1 is an automatic tyre removal machine with a pneumatically tilting column and a 24” work table.
They are designed to ensure maximum speed, efficiency, and durability. They guarantee the safety of wheels and tyres and completely reduce the stress on the structure during the removal of any type of tyre, even the most demanding low-profile and RFT tyres.
Characteristics:
- Version V1 is characterised by being equipped with the Tecnoroller NG auxiliary column
- New plastic jaw protectors save time when working with steel rims and alloy wheels.
- Innovative G-Frame design – increased device rigidity and optimisation of the forces to achieve their even distribution within the machine structure. This ensures that the assembly process does not damage the wheel rim and tyre.
- Electronically controlled motor (single-phase version 230V) – allows operation always at the best combination of available power and speed.
- Pneumatic control of the working head – the user can control and position the head via ergonomic control buttons.
- The 230V version has a "soft start" function
TECNOROLLER NG – MS 630 S V1 is equipped with a new generation auxiliary system – the so-called "third arm", which allows a single worker to dismantle low-profile, run-flat and RFT tyres.
The pressure roller is the primary point of pressure, and the additional rotating arm allows the tyre to be pressed around the wheel exactly where the operator needs it.
The auxiliary arms are controlled independently, reducing the effort required by the operator during the assembly or disassembly of low-profile tyres.
