Sensor AID 4.0

This is a new version of the well-known Sensor AID programmer for servicing TPMS pressure sensors, which has been redesigned and additionally equipped with a range of new functions. The device has basic functions also available in the previous version, such as:

• support for about 98% of cars with a direct TPMS system (both from the European and American markets),
• the ability to diagnose both OEM sensors and replacements,
• programming new sensors as a clone or sensor with a new ID number,
• saving and reading sensor ID numbers from the vehicle's memory using the OBDII module,
• completely free vehicle database updates.

The new version has received a number of additional functionalities to facilitate the operation of the TPMS system:

• built-in sensor learning procedure database,
• a camera that allows taking photos and reading barcodes and QR codes,
• tyre tread depth gauge,
• the ability to perform wireless updates via WiFi.

The device comes with an OBDII module that can be connected to the device wirelessly or traditionally with a cable, as well as a magnet - necessary to activate several types of OEM sensors. The device has a completely new ergonomic, fully dustproof housing that is handy and provides convenient operation.

Built-in procedure database

The device is equipped with a procedure database for supported cars. The procedures are presented clearly and legibly, which makes it easier to adapt new sensors in the car without the need to search for procedures in external sources. The procedure list is updated along with the vehicle list update, making it completely free.

Free easier updates

Sensor AID 4.0 - just like the previous version - has fully free software updates, which are released at least 4 times a year. This ensures access to the latest vehicle databases and, in the case of Sensor AID 4.0, sensor adaptation procedures. For this version of the device, updates can be made without the need to connect the device to a computer, just a connection to a WiFi network is enough. 

Camera

The new version of the device is equipped with a camera, thanks to which we can take photos of the sensor and tyres, and then save them in the device. Additionally, thanks to the camera, we can read barcodes or QR codes, e.g. VIN numbers of vehicles to quickly complete customer data or even vehicle registration numbers or customer VAT numbers. Thanks to the LED diode, photos and readings can be taken even in difficult, dark workshop conditions.

Tread depth gauge

Thanks to this built-in instrument, with which we can measure the tread depth, we can check the condition of the tyres, and this data will be saved in the device's memory and assigned to a specific customer in the built-in database. The tread measurement function allows for the execution and saving of measurements of 4 wheels in 3 zones of the tyre.

Customer database

Sensor AID 4.0 has an enhanced customer database function compared to the previous version. By using the sensor diagnosis function, camera, and tread gauge, we can create comprehensive documentation of the customer's wheels and sensors condition. This data can be saved in the device, which can remember up to 100 customers, and later it can be easily transferred to a computer. New functionalities allow for the creation of a file containing a range of data: reading date, customer data, vehicle VIN number, vehicle registration number, sensor condition, tread condition, and photos, e.g. of the vehicle and wheels.
