Industrial Washer » Sonic-300 Ultrasonic Washer An advanced workshop washer designed for cleaning automotive parts and components such as engine heads, crankshafts, connecting rods, pumps, turbochargers, intake and exhaust system elements, etc. The device is equipped with a system for rinsing oily contaminants with a separator, filter, and INOX pump. This allows for the use of efficient cleaning agents with demulsifying action, which significantly extends the bath's lifespan and reduces the amount of wastewater. It is standardly equipped with a technological basket adapted for handling with a crane/hoist, which facilitates the operation of the cleaned parts. Optionally, the washer can be expanded with an additional belt oil separator, a bag filter in the bath surface rinsing system, as well as the installation of control systems in a stainless box mounted on a boom or adapted for wall mounting. On request, we manufacture devices with virtually any dimensions specified by the client.
