Voltage tester EVCheck 800, automatic, measurement range: 220-250 V electric vehicles; hybrid vehicles
Tester EVCheck 1000 was created for the diagnostics of high-voltage nickel-metal hydride and lithium-ion battery modules found in hybrid and electric vehicles from brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Honda, and other manufacturers. The EVCheck 1000 allows simultaneous verification of up to 36 modules consisting of 3 to 12 cells. With the EVCheck 1000 tester, it is possible to equalise the capacity of the cells by discharging and charging them with high precision to a specified voltage. During the diagnostic process, the tester halts the charging of a module where the temperature has exceeded a specified value. The EVCheck 1000 is additionally equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. The battery diagnostics process runs in automatic mode. Control and monitoring of the process are conducted on a touchscreen. The diagnostic result is saved in the tester's memory, allowing for a copy to be made on a USB storage device.
Advantages:
- automatic test mode
- battery overheating protection
- simple and intuitive menu
- free software updates
- saving diagnostic results
