Computerised vulcaniser for repairing all types of tyres and inner tubes, including those of large industrial machines.

 

Characteristics:

 

• large frame size corresponding to the parameters of the largest tyres and inner tubes
• "hot" vulcanisation method
• microprocessor controller allowing precise setting of temperature and vulcanisation time
• two heating heads (upper one pressed by a pneumatic actuator)
• possibility to switch to manual control
• set of interchangeable moulds with different profiles
