The main feature of this device is that it requires significantly less space than previous 3D systems, and it is also portable.
- It does not have complex electronic heads mounted on the wheels of the tested vehicle.
- Because it does not require cameras to be suspended in front of the lift or the tested vehicle on the channel, the space needed for the station is reduced by about 2 metres in length.
- By simplifying the operations necessary during wheel alignment measurement and adjustment, and using very fast cameras taking 27 pictures per minute, an exceptionally short measurement time (no longer than 7 minutes) is achieved.
- The database contains setting data for 78 car manufacturers with the possibility of online updates.
ADVANTAGES OF THE EASY 3D SYSTEM:
- Use of revolutionary material for the housing of measuring heads (EPP – expanded polypropylene), resulting in low weight combined with high resistance to shocks and impacts, as well as aggressive liquids like oil or petrol. This minimises the risk of damage to the measuring heads' housings and the electronics housed within them.
- Application of BEISSBARTH's reference system using mathematical triangulation – eliminating the need to calibrate the station before starting measurements, as well as during measurements if, for example, the measuring assembly is moved, hit, etc.
- Permanent mounting of measuring heads is not required.
- High accuracy and repeatability of measurements.
- All types of motor vehicles with a GVW of 3.5 tonnes can be serviced.
- Rim runout compensation is performed by rolling or driving the vehicle, allowing this procedure to be carried out by one person.
