BEISSBARTH Easy 3D+ Kit WIFI Wheel Alignment Device
A new generation of devices for checking and adjusting wheel alignment in vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes GVW,

CHARACTERISTICS:
The main feature of this device is that it requires significantly less space than previous 3D systems, and it is also portable.
- It does not have complicated electronic heads mounted on the wheels of the tested vehicle.
- Since it does not require cameras to be suspended in front of the lift or the tested vehicle on the channel, the area needed for the station is reduced by approximately 2 to 3 metres in length.
- Thanks to the simplification of operations necessary during the measurement and adjustment of wheel alignment, and the use of very fast cameras taking 27 pictures per minute, an exceptionally short measurement time has been achieved (no longer than 7 minutes).
- The database contains setting data for 78 manufacturers.
ADVANTAGES OF THE EASY 3D SYSTEM:
- Use of revolutionary material for the housing of measuring heads (EPP – expanded polypropylene), resulting in low weight combined with high resistance to shocks and impacts, as well as aggressive liquids such as oil or petrol.
This means minimising the risk of damage to the measuring heads' housings and the electronics enclosed within them.
- Application of BEISSBARTH's reference system - using mathematical triangulation - so there is no need to calibrate the station before starting measurements, nor during measurements if, for example, the measuring unit is moved, hit, etc.
- Permanent mounting of measuring heads is not required.
- High accuracy and repeatability of measurements.
- All types of motor vehicles with a GVW of 3.5 tonnes can be serviced.
- Rim run-out compensation is performed by rolling or driving the vehicle, allowing this procedure to be carried out by one person.
Data transmission between the heads and the operating console (computer) is carried out via Bluetooth and WLAN.
For this purpose, the measuring box should be installed on the crossbeam, column, or lift control panel (or possibly in the inspection channel).
The measurement values are transmitted wirelessly and can easily be displayed on your own tablet, notebook, or workshop computer.
Vehicle-specific data and animated instructions displayed in the software help the user properly set the vehicle geometry.
