On its implementation in the year 2012 the SPIDER from WRD Glass Tools has revolutionized the market of cut-out tools! In the meantime the fourth generation of this patented tool enables technicians to separate bonded vehicle glasses without any damage. For cutting the adhesive bead it uses a specially designed, high tensile strength cutting line. This method is not only gentle to the vehicle and its interior, but also allows a very fast operation.

 

Due to the tremendously increased tensile strength of the cutting line over the last years, the tool itself also had to become stronger.

The SPIDER 4 therefore includes several detail improvements which either increase the durability or optimize the working method.

When it was launched in 2012, the SPIDER by WRD Glass Tools revolutionised the market for cutting systems! The third generation of the patented separator also allows for completely damage-free removal of bonded car windows. A specially developed, extremely durable plastic separation cord is used to cut the adhesive bead. This not only protects the bodywork and additional parts but also enables very fast work.

 

Due to the enormous increase in the tensile strength of the cord in recent years, the device itself also had to become increasingly stable. Therefore, the SPIDER 4 includes several detail improvements that either serve to increase stability or optimise the way it operates.
