Disc / Wire brush 25mm M.CB.T6.E25X0.3
Index: M.CB.T6.E25X0.3
Brush for cleaning brush, rippled, wiry pivot 6mm, 1pcs, 25mm x 25mm, intended use (material): metal / steel
Technical brush for light surface treatment and deburring work in all metal processing
For processing hard-to-reach places and internal surfaces
Wavy / crimped steel wire
Maximum rotational speed 15,000 rpm
General application of technical brushes
- removing contaminants from processed surfaces, such as corrosion, galvanic deposits,
- welding scale, old paint, varnish, and enamel coatings, etc.
- removing burrs and chamfering edges after initial material processing
- polishing to achieve the desired surface texture.
Specialised application of brush brushes
These brushes are used for work in hard-to-reach places, e.g., deburring holes, pipe ends, etc.
Brush brushes fully demonstrate their advantages when used at high rotational speeds, ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 rpm.
Working with technical brushes is safe and optimised if the user adheres to the following recommendations:
- absolute use of protective goggles or face shields,
- use of protective clothing,
- strict adherence to the maximum rotational speeds of the brushes; they must not be exceeded,
- use of tools whose maximum rotational speed does not exceed the maximum rotational speed of the brush,
- using brushes according to their intended purpose,
- do not use damaged brushes; rust staining or other signs of chemical or mechanical changes in materials, deformation of the brush component,
- it is recommended that brushes be stored in a way that protects them from the following factors:
- high humidity,
- water or other liquids,
- acids or acid fumes,
- sufficiently low temperature that may cause condensation on the brush. - it is recommended to apply minimal pressure to the processed surface so that the brush works with the wire tips,
- too much pressure causes rapid tool wear and does not increase efficiency
