Technical Parameters

EXPERT CHARGER 48 is an electronic charger for charging 12, 24, 36, and 48-volt batteries:

• WET (liquid - acid)
• GEL (gel)
• MF (maintenance-free)
• AGM (with fibreglass mat)
• EFB (for vehicles with Start-Stop system)
• LFP (lithium iron phosphate)

It has a maintenance function (SUPPLY), allowing the maintenance of a set voltage in the vehicle's electronic system during operations other than charging. The charger provides a continuous current of 25A, at a maintenance voltage set by the user within a range dependent on the mode used.
These modes will be:

• 12V – output value is 13.6V; adjustment every 0.1V, in the range from 12.0V to 14.9V
• 24V – output value is 27.2V; adjustment every 0.1V, in the range from 24.0V to 29.8V
• 36V – output value is 40.8V; adjustment every 0.1V, in the range from 36.0V to 44.7V
• 48V – output value is 54.4V; adjustment every 0.1V, in the range from 48.0V to 59.6V

Additionally, it has an alternator test function (ALTERNATOR).

Microprocessor control system ensures an automatic charging process. Once the required voltage is reached on the battery, it switches to maintenance status  and automatically resumes charging after a voltage drop on the battery.

EXPERT CHARGER 48 has 5 charging modes :  

• STD – acid liquid batteries WET and MF
• AGM – AGM batteries
• GEL – gel batteries
• EFB - EFB batteries

• LFP – lithium iron phosphate batteries (LFP)

The charger supports 6 languages: Polish, English, German, Danish, Dutch, and Swedish

Physical Parameters

The device is equipped with protection: thermal, against sparking at the pole clamps, against pole short-circuit, overload, and reverse polarity.

The charging cables are 1.5 m long.
