• PRAKTIK 200 LCD SYNERGY is an inverter welder for MMA welding with a coated electrode using direct current (DC) and TIG welding with direct current (DC) with contact arc ignition. It allows welding with rutile, basic, stainless steel, and cast iron electrodes. Synergistically controlled, smooth adjustment of welding current. Its small size and weight make the device perfect for both workshop and field work.
• The clear LCD display allows precise device adjustment, ensuring stable parameters and high welding quality.
• MMA SYNERGY - By setting the welding current, the device suggests the appropriate diameter of the welding electrode and the thickness of the material to be welded for the selected current.
• VRD Function (Voltage Reduction Device) - reduces the open-circuit voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Provides anti-shock safety when working in a humid environment.
• The welder has functions that facilitate the MMA welding process with a coated electrode:
  • ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of the molten electrode drop to the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool.
  • HOT START: hot start adjustment - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc ignition.
  • ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation.
