PRAKTIK 200 LED SYNERGY is an inverter welder for MMA welding with a coated electrode using direct current (DC) and TIG welding with direct current (DC) with contact arc ignition. It allows welding with rutile, basic, stainless steel, and cast iron electrodes. Controlled synergistically, smooth welding current adjustment. Its small size and weight make the device perfect for both workshop and fieldwork.
A clear LED display allows precise device adjustment, ensuring stable parameters and high welding quality.
SYNERGY MMA - By setting the welding current, the device suggests the appropriate welding electrode diameter and the thickness of the material to be welded for the selected current.
VRD Function (Voltage Reduction Device) - reduces the no-load voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Provides anti-shock safety when working in a humid environment.
PULSE Function - allows welding with a coated electrode in pulsed current.
The welder has functions that facilitate the welding process using the MMA coated electrode method:
ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of the molten electrode drop to the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool
HOT START: hot start adjustment - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc ignition.
ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation
