Technical Specifications The INDUCTOR 6 IHD400 is a revolutionary induction heater designed for the rapid flameless heating of ferrous metals and aluminium using the induction method. Utilising the principles of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a massive amount of heat to a specific area within just a few seconds to a depth of 4mm. By heating only the selected area, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic components, or painted surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the heater's operation. The patented tip system allows for quick replacement. Recommended for every passenger and commercial vehicle service for bodywork and mechanical repairs. Suitable for use in repairs and wheel alignment settings, at tyre exchange points, and in mechanical workshops. It facilitates the disassembly of seized bolts, nuts, pins, bearings, and other car parts. It guarantees reduced repair time and maximum heating control during operation. Unlike a gas torch, the induction heater heats metal only in the selected area to a temperature of 500-600˚C without altering the technical characteristics of the steel.
