Engine oil ceramic additive for vehicle engines, diesel/petrol CERAM CS
Index: CERAM CS
Engine oil ceramic additive 0,015 kg CS for vehicle engines (Diesel/Petrol), application - advantages: ceramics; decreases friction; improves compression; noise reduction; protection; revitalization,
Ceramizer is a preparation for the regeneration and protection of four-stroke internal combustion engines.
The engine is restored while working without having to take it apart, just add the additive to the oil (e.g. in the engine, transmission, control system). The thermodynamic processes forming on the friction surface increase the metal-ceramic layers in all spots, most significantly in the worn-out ones. This layer smooths out and covers micro-effects, scratches and warping of surfaces exposed to friction. It can be compared to micro-welding of a thin layer of material on the used spots.
BENEFITS of using ceramizer for internal combustion engines:
1. Reduces fuel consumption by 3 to 15%.
2. Reduces the consumption of engine oil.
3. Improves and evens out compression pressures at the nominal value.
4. Reduces engine smoke.
5. Eliminates dry starts and makes it easier to start the engine (especially in winter).
6. Makes the engine work quieter, reduces vibrations (engine tremor).
7. Increases the engine performance and vehicle dynamics.
8. Renews the friction surfaces during operation, without having to take out the restored parts. Effective durability of the renewed surface – guaranteed to 70 thousand kilometres.
9. Increases the service life of metal surfaces of the friction surfaces, up to 5 times.
10. In most cases, replaces repairs by reducing the multiple repair costs, compared with traditional repair.
11. Lower friction coefficient, less than 0.02, i.e. less than in “metal-on-metal” contact.
12. Extends the intervals between engine oil changes by up to 50%.
13. In the case of an accidental oil leak, the created metal-ceramic layer will allow continuing driving for more than 500 km.
14. Protects components against corrosion and aggressive chemical compounds (important when you use engine oil or fuel of low quality).
15. Reduces emissions of toxic exhaust gases.
16. Reduces the risk of baked piston rings.
17. Cures and increases the resistance of friction surfaces against wear and tear, up to 10 times. Microhardness 4000-4500 MPa (400-450 kg/mm2). For comparison, the average microhardness of steel is 60 kg/mm2. Compressive strength 2500MPa (250 kg/mm2).
18. Protects the environment.
19. The additive can be used for any equipment (including industrial), after a prior consultation with the manufacturer of the ceramizer.
