Application

Bodywork Protection

• The surface to be coated must be clean, dry, dust-free, degreased, and free of rust.
• Shake the container before use.
• Apply the compound using a spray gun at a pressure of 3 – 6 bar.
• The optimal spraying distance is approximately 30 cm.
• If a thicker coating is desired, it is recommended to apply a second layer after the first layer has dried.
• Contaminated surfaces and working tools can be cleaned of fresh compound using nitrocellulose thinner or extraction gasoline. Once cured, the product can only be removed mechanically.
• Depending on the thickness of the coating, after approximately 60 – 90 minutes, the sealing compound can be coated with 2-component paints and bases. Before applying 2K paint, it is recommended to use a primer according to the paint manufacturer's recommendations.

Sealing Joints

• If a thicker coating is desired, it is recommended to apply a second layer after the first layer has dried.

• Depending on the thickness of the coating, after approximately 3 hours, the sealing compound can be coated with 2-component paints and bases. Before applying 2K paint, it is recommended to use a primer according to the paint manufacturer's recommendations.

Drying Time*:

• Touch dry: approx. 45 minutes (± 700 μ)
• Fully dry: approx. 3.5 hours (± 700 µ)
