Description
ADAS Tru-Point is a single device that allows the service to quickly verify both the vehicle's geometry and position ADAS targets in the correct place for calibration. Correct vehicle geometry is necessary to ensure proper ADAS calibration. The latest software, advanced camera technology, and XD targets are familiar to users from geometry devices. Tru-Point guides the user through the target positioning process to eliminate errors and mistakes. OEM positioning is achieved every time – symmetry axis, driving direction axis, or otherwise – without changing the process for the user.
Features
- Suspension geometry control
- Allows verification of the vehicle's condition before starting ADAS system calibration
- Easiest and fastest system on the market
- Cameras replace lasers, reducing time by 80%
- Geometry check and target positioning in less than 4 minutes
- Ground compensation
- Software compensates for ground irregularities, ensuring the procedure is performed with the highest precision on any stand
- Automatic data entry (no manual measurements)
- Height from the ground, distance from the vehicle, suspension height, and other information are measured automatically by cameras during the process
- Accurate positioning
- The system has millimetre accuracy in positioning boards, ensuring the best proper placement
- Compliance with OEM procedures
- Positioning is carried out automatically according to the vehicle's axis or driving axis in accordance with the OEM procedure of the vehicle
- 100% Process accuracy
- Procedure, board dimensions, distances, and vehicle readiness are checked automatically
- Accuracy standard
- Printed reports confirm calibration performed according to standards. They can be presented to vehicle users and insurance companies
- Data and procedures
- All ADAS data and procedures are provided by the system, saving time by eliminating the need to search for the right data and procedures for calibration
