It is equipped with a 75-inch HD screen with 4K resolution, which provides optimal panel display, maintaining 1:1 proportions according to vehicle manufacturers' specifications. Additionally, it is important to highlight that it does not distort or change the size of the original panels.
This way, the workshop can be sure that it is using the most correct and safe solutions, and does not risk altering the vehicle's behaviour on the road.
RCCS 3 EVO in collaboration with IDC5 software guides the operator, step by step, to quick and automatic vehicle identification. The panel is selected and set on the monitor, without the risk of making a mistake. Thanks to continuous software updates, which regularly provide new vehicles and panels, as well as necessary help cards prepared for specific vehicle makes and models, the user is assured of performing all operations with the highest precision and manufacturer's recommendations while also benefiting from wide vehicle coverage.
Digitisation of panels also allows for significant workshop space savings, needed for storing traditional panels.

Intelligence and safety
The RCCS 3 EVO kit design has been integrated with a Mini PC, which guarantees the use of an intelligent system synchronising excellent IDC5 programming resources with the TEXA calibration kit.
Images of the panels are transmitted and positioned automatically, according to the vehicle selection made. Their visualisation takes place in a linear, safe, and fast process.
Mobility and adjustments
Precise, easy, and fast
RCCS 3 EVO is built with a solid main support with electric height adjustment. Thanks to practical knobs, it can be easily tilted sideways and forwards. Additionally, the projector and laser level allow for even millimetre side movements. An additional knob allows for even millimetre transverse movements. On the top of the device, there is an additional laser, helpful in determining the centre of the vehicle by aiming the laser beam at the front of the vehicle. The adjustable beam is equipped with two rangefinders and a precise deflector, with one rangefinder placed in the current measuring device set. All these technological solutions allow for the correct positioning of the RCCS EVO in relation to the vehicle and the ground while maintaining ease of use, absolute precision, and complete safety.
